The Tin Shed in Lithgow is one of my fav spots to Dine.
Visited there today and had the marinated Swordfish Skewers w Pickled Pear salsa, grilled lemon and chat potatoes. What a taste sensation with the beautiful fresh flavours and the swordfish was cooked to perfection . We’ve all heard this before the flavours left us wanting more.
Juan and Mackenzie, what a great team, no doubt we will be back.
Great friendly staff as well.
